A profile built around your ideal week can become frustrating in your real one. Use your current experience, schedule, and training preferences so the setup reflects how you can train now, not the routine you hope to have later.

Step 1: Choose your main fitness goal
On What's your main fitness goal?, select the option that best matches your current priority.
Use the descriptions on the screen to compare the choices. Pick one primary goal for setup; you do not need to account for every long-term objective here.
Step 2: Select your training experience
On How experienced are you with strength training?, choose the description closest to your recent, consistent training history.
Base the answer on your familiarity with common exercises and technique, not only on how long ago you first entered a gym.
Step 3: Set your weekly training frequency
On How many days per week do you want to train?, choose a number you can usually make time for.
Think about a normal week. A schedule you can repeat is more useful than one that only works on your least busy week.
Step 4: Choose a workout duration
Select the amount of time you normally have for one workout. Include the time you need to move between exercises and set up equipment.
If your available time changes from day to day, choose the duration that best represents most sessions.
Step 5: Choose a preferred split
On Which workout split do you prefer?, review the visible choices and select one. Use Show all splits when you want to compare more options.
If you are unsure, use the descriptions in the app and pick the structure that is easiest for you to follow.
Step 6: Review the remaining preferences
Complete the other profile screens shown during onboarding, including any training-environment or exercise-variety choices available in your version of the app.
Read the summary before continuing so you can correct an accidental selection.
